Intro
Adam Bike is a Dubai-based bicycle brand founded by Dutch entrepreneur Florien Stuyling de Lange, bringing Dutch-style city bikes to a market where cycling is still emerging. Since its start in 2020, the company has grown into a team of eight, with around 5,000 bikes on the road across the UAE. Operating in a highly seasonal market, with just six months of peak sales, Adam Bike is in a scaling phase where structure, clarity and efficient execution are critical. As the company grew, operations became increasingly fragmented, making it harder to maintain focus and ownership across the team, this is the moment they brought us in to help.

The challenge
As Adam Bike grew, so did the complexity of running the business. What started as a founder-led operation became a team effort, but without a clear system to support it.
- Priorities were not always clear across the team
- Ownership lived mostly in Florien’s head
- Information was spread across tools and conversations
- Day-to-day execution became reactive instead of structured
- Decisions and follow-up still depended heavily on the founder
This made it harder to scale efficiently, especially in a business where timing, planning and coordination are key.

What we build
Direction & Priorities
We translated the company vision into clear priorities and a practical execution and meeting rhythm.
Roles & Ownership
We clarified roles and responsibilities so decisions and follow-up no longer depended solely on the founder.
Execution System
We built a project management system that turned priorities into weekly actions. Clear tasks assigned to each team member created accountability within the team.
Knowledge & Process
We created one central place for information, processes and recurring workflows. Very helpful for daily operational questions, but also a great way to onboard new team members.

The result
Within weeks, the way the team worked started to shift. Instead of working harder to keep things together, they now had an operational backbone and workspace that created clarity, ownership and structure.
- The team gained clear priorities and focus on what matters most
- Ownership became visible, defined and actionable
- Weekly execution shifted from reactive to structured
- All knowledge moved into one central, reliable system
